Manufacturing Quality Inspector – Electronics

Salary: $18.89–$31.49 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect incoming and purged parts, materials, components, assemblies, and equipment, and document inspection results.
• Coordinate the collection and disposition of purged material.
• Determine or support inspection methods, sequences, and procedures.
• Work from written procedures, drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Generate Engineering Change Requests to correct drawing issues identified during inspection.
• Adapt inspection measuring devices and procedures when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related inspection experience.
• Understanding of inspection techniques, intermediate mathematics, written recordkeeping, and specialized inspection equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, difficult instructions, and technical specifications.
• High school completion, vocational training, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work safely with mechanical and electrical hardware, including high voltage, gas, water, and heat.
• Applicants for roles involving controlled goods or technologies may need to qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR or EAR requirements.

Nice to have

• IPC 610 and IPC 620 certifications.
• Experience inspecting sheet metal, cables and wire assemblies, or piece parts.
• Experience with Oracle, Agile, Microsoft Office, Copilot, or database management.
