Fleet Deployment Specialist (Autonomous Vehicles)

Location: Applicants must be authorized to work and reside in the United States. The role operates in a 24/7/365 environment and requires work indoors and outdoors across all shifts and weather conditions.

What you will do

• Support autonomous vehicle launches, software updates, troubleshooting, and readiness checks.
• Arrange, maneuver, reposition, and drive vehicles on public and private roads as needed.
• Set up chargers and complete vehicle plug-in and unplug cycles.
• Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors and exteriors, including biohazard removal and workstation upkeep.
• Complete daily reports, checklists, and operational documentation.
• Use proprietary systems to monitor vehicle states, log tasks, communicate updates, and support shift efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record meeting state Autonomous Vehicle Tester requirements.
• Authorization to work and reside in the United States.
• Ability to meet state and federal criminal background standards.
• Comfort operating vehicles in controlled and real-world environments.
• Ability to use technology systems and work in fast-paced, changing conditions; physical capacity to stand, bend, walk, perform repetitive cleaning motions, and lift up to 30 lbs.
