SAP Functional Analyst, Asset Accounting (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Onsite at the Santa Clara, California office

Annual base salary: $153,000–$191,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Design and configure SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA), including integrations with General Ledger and Project Systems.
• Automate capital project capitalization and improve depreciation accuracy.
• Lead functional workstreams across SAP deployments, from discovery and specifications through UAT and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify automation opportunities across the FI-CO landscape to reduce manual reconciliation and improve global scalability.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, troubleshoot system issues, and train global users.

Requirements

• Extensive SAP FI-AA configuration experience in an S/4HANA environment.
• Expertise in charts of depreciation, depreciation keys, and parallel ledger accounting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, including GL, AP, and AR, with integration experience across Project Systems and Procurement.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ability to lead functional workstreams independently and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work from the Santa Clara office in a primarily in-office environment.
