What you will do

• Assist with Clear to Build analysis to track assembly timelines and identify potential material shortages or surpluses.
• Review stock levels and inventory trends against production needs, including excess, obsolete, and slow-moving materials.
• Coordinate material transfers between headquarters and the Mexico subsidiary with the Logistics Specialist.
• Reconcile physical and system inventory, investigate discrepancies, and process inventory adjustments.
• Review project-specific inventory and recommend material reallocation, disposal, or procurement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with data and learning inventory management systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Florence, Kentucky and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• College coursework in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
