Supply Chain Specialist

What you will do

• Plan, control, and optimize procurement, logistics, warehousing, scheduling, and order management.
• Coordinate information flow between purchasing, production planning, logistics, engineering, and sales.
• Identify and implement supply chain process improvements, ERP configuration changes, reporting enhancements, and workflow automation.
• Monitor KPIs such as delivery performance and inventory levels, and prepare accurate reports.
• Resolve supply disruptions, component shortages, and logistics failures while maintaining contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, purchase orders, shipments, and inventory movements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, procurement, or customer service.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite.
• Strong Excel skills and confident use of Google Workspace.
• Fluency in English and German, spoken and written, is required.
• EU citizenship is required.
• Structured, proactive, reliable, and communicative working style with a hands-on approach.
