Process and Performance Manager (Logistics)

Location: Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel, with a primary focus on the Fuhlsbüttel site and additional activities in Wilhelmsburg; hybrid working available

What you will do

• Analyze and improve inbound and inventory processes with logistics service providers.
• Define, implement, and follow up on performance recovery and continuous improvement measures.
• Develop logistics layouts, processes, equipment, and tools as part of the Hamburg logistics transformation.
• Build collaborative relationships with logistics service providers and stakeholders across Satair and hirify.global.
• Capture and analyze material management data using G-Suite, Skywise, and SAP datasets.
• Foster continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance within an international team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in supply chain logistics, inventory controlling, lean methodology, and KPI management.
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Value Stream Analysis, ideally in aviation aftermarket or manufacturing.
• Practical experience with SAP and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
• Business fluency in English and German is required.
