Operations-Supply Planner (Electronics Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage production and material planning for electronic manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain capacity and material plans using RCCP and MRP.
• Coordinate planning activities across production, procurement, product management, and supply chain.
• Analyze inventory levels, capacity constraints, and production deviations.
• Define planning parameters such as safety stock, lead time, and lot size.
• Perform ABC/XYZ analysis and implement improvements to inventory strategy, process efficiency, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in production or material planning, ideally in electronic or PCBA manufacturing.
• Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, or a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or another ERP system, especially material management, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of electronic production processes and supply chain interdependencies.
• Fluent German and proficient English, written and spoken.
