What you will do

• Manage production and material planning within the electronic manufacturing domain.
• Develop and maintain capacity and material plans using RCCP and MRP.
• Coordinate workflows between production, procurement, product management, and the broader supply chain.
• Analyze inventory levels, capacity constraints, and production deviations to ensure stability.
• Define and maintain critical planning parameters, such as safety stock, lead times, and lot sizes.
• Perform ABC/XYZ analysis and implement actions to optimize inventory strategy and supplier performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in production or material planning, ideally within PCBA or electronic manufacturing.
• Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (specifically material management) and MS Office.
• Deep understanding of electronic production processes and supply chain interdependencies.
• Fluent German (written and spoken).
• Proficient English (written and spoken).
