Warehouse Team Leader (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage outbound warehouse team members and coordinate picking, packing, and related operational tasks.
• Develop just-in-time wave monitoring plans and system-based order allocation strategies to meet daily fulfillment requirements.
• Monitor outbound processes, resolve customer-reported exceptions, and coordinate parcel handovers with courier companies.
• Analyze labor productivity, accuracy, and other outbound data to improve efficiency, storage layout, and space utilization.
• Organize operational training, enforce safety standards, and support a compliant working environment.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams on inventory management, order fulfillment, reporting, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience managing or coordinating warehouse outbound operations.
• Ability to organize picking, packing, order allocation, and parcel handover activities.
• Ability to monitor operational performance, analyze outbound data, and identify process issues.
• Ability to train staff and enforce operational safety and standardized work procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with logistics, customer service, and courier partners.
