International Graduate (Trainee) Supply Chain Management (f/m/d)

Location: Based at the Global Headquarters in Heidenheim, Germany, with hybrid working conditions and assignments abroad for several months.

What you will do

• Complete cross-functional assignments in supply chain planning, logistics operations, and order fulfillment.
• Contribute to strategic supply chain projects, including SAP transformation initiatives.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify improvements for daily business and processes.
• Collaborate with internal business units and external partners.
• Take responsibility for project assignments abroad and build an international professional network.
• Develop professionally and personally with support from a senior-management mentor.

Requirements

• Above-average Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in economics or engineering with a focus on supply chain management or logistics.
• Practical experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or project management, including internships.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a performance-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, willingness to learn, and ability to inspire others.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel and international mobility.
