Financial Analyst (Physical AI)

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (On-site)

Salary: $125,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Monitor departmental spend and address budget issues proactively.
• Track spend pools against budgets and report variances to leadership.
• Maintain accurate financial data within the company's core financial model.
• Reconcile actual spend against forecasts on a recurring basis.
• Use AI tools to automate spend tracking and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with department leads on invoices, purchase orders, and budget inquiries.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for creative problem solving.

Nice to have

• MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with NetSuite, UKG, and Expensify.
