Billing Operations Specialist

Location: Based in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, with one day per week required at the alternate office; US-hours overlap may be required when needed.

What you will do

• Manage billing setup for new customers, including subscriptions, invoices, and payment collection support.
• Maintain subscription accuracy through upgrades, changes, pauses, and cancellations.
• Issue invoices on time and resolve credits, adjustments, discrepancies, and overdue accounts.
• Act as the billing contact for customers and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready records in Zoho and Salesforce.
• Identify manual billing steps that can be automated and help improve billing processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, finance operations, or subscription management.
• Experience with CRM and billing platforms and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Native-level English is required for direct communication with US-based customers.
• Flexibility for US-hours overlap when needed.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, customer service, and discretion when handling sensitive financial data.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with Zoho, Stripe, Salesforce, collections, or accounts receivable processes.
• Automotive industry experience.
