Location: New York City, NY; hybrid

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 OTE annually, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for business and corporate roles, with the option to focus on a specific area.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build proactive candidate pipelines.
• Partner with leadership to define hiring priorities, recruiting strategies, and measurable goals.
• Screen candidates, advise hiring managers, manage candidate communications, and track recruiting SLAs and timelines.
• Report on recruiting metrics and recommend actionable improvements to leadership.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with the ability to independently manage roles end to end.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment; early-stage or rapid-growth experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing experience and comfort building candidate pipelines proactively.
• Experience using Ashby ATS to manage pipelines, report on metrics, and maintain clean recruiting operations.
• Ownership mentality and a focus on improving recruiting processes and business impact.
