Lead Product Manager (Healthcare)

Salary: $170,000–$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and end-to-end product strategy for the member lifecycle, from onboarding through annual renewal.
• Lead engineering and design teams in building and iterating on the member-facing platform serving as a digital home for health data.
• Partner with clinical and operations teams to implement proactive, automated communication triggers for personalized health roadmaps.
• Analyze engagement and retention data and conduct qualitative interviews to identify friction points and improve health literacy and retention.
• Define product requirements for longitudinal tracking and year-over-year presentation of health trends and progress.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and clinicians to develop healthcare tools and technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in health and wellness.
• Player-coach mindset, combining high-level product strategy with hands-on specification writing and technical trade-off decisions.
• Experience translating complex technical or clinical information into intuitive, consumer-friendly digital experiences.
• Comfort working with retention and engagement metrics.
• Strong appreciation for high-end aesthetic design and user experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish structured product processes in a fast-paced healthcare technology startup.
