Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site five days per week at the headquarters in downtown San Francisco or the New York office

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 annually, depending on experience, plus equity, benefits, and an annual performance-based bonus of up to 30%

What you will do

• Own a product area from requirements through launch and ongoing iteration.
• Research customer needs and market direction to define the product roadmap.
• Build scalable abstractions and systems that support growth from hundreds to thousands of customers.
• Partner daily with software engineers and deployment strategists to turn customer implementations into reusable product capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into clear, prioritized specifications and maintain standards across engineering, deployment, and leadership.
• Make prioritization decisions and keep the team focused on high-impact work.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in product management or a closely related customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated ownership of a product area and a track record of shipping products that achieve outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into modular, reusable solutions.
• Strong technical fluency for collaborating with engineers on system tradeoffs.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize in ambiguous situations.
• Bias for action, ownership, and structured problem-solving.
