Enterprise Account Executive (DACH)

Location: Remote, Germany; ability to travel 30–50% of the time and work outside standard business hours when necessary.

Base salary: €80,800–€149,500 per year.

What you will do

• Identify and target prospective customers among financial institutions in Germany.
• Drive complex enterprise sales opportunities from qualification through contract negotiation and closure.
• Build pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop hirify.global’s brand presence and challenge prospects to adopt innovative banking solutions.
• Partner with Presales, Marketing, Business Development, Inside Sales, and Customer Success.
• Expand the platform’s presence within existing customers and sell newly released products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of software sales experience with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Fluent German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience selling to C-suite and executive decision-makers, building consensus, and managing complex approval processes.
• Knowledge of European banking regulations and governance.
• Ability to demonstrate software solutions onsite or through virtual meetings.

Nice to have

• Banking or commercial banking expertise.
• Additional fluency in Spanish or French.
