What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on hirify.global’s products and services.
- Engage decision-makers across various functions (Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, UX, Legal, Finance) to deliver compelling solutions.
- Drive outbound prospecting and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
- Craft persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts, and guide clients through the decision-making process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology solutions, preferably in design, marketing, or creative technology sectors.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise accounts.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
