Enterprise Account Executive (Creative SaaS): Acquiring net-new enterprise customers and expanding partnerships with iconic brands through type and technology solutions with an accent on full sales cycle ownership and executive-level relationship building. Focus on developing territory strategies, delivering value-based solutions across various functions, and accurately forecasting revenue.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, serving the DACH region. Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually is required.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on hirify.global’s products and services.
  • Engage decision-makers across various functions (Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, UX, Legal, Finance) to deliver compelling solutions.
  • Drive outbound prospecting and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Craft persuasive proposals, negotiate complex contracts, and guide clients through the decision-making process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or technology solutions, preferably in design, marketing, or creative technology sectors.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing large enterprise accounts.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
