What you will do
- Define Rhoda’s platform for third-party hardware partners, including APIs, tooling, and integration workflows.
- Work directly with partner engineering teams to understand hardware, operating environments, and customer needs.
- Set technical and product boundaries between Rhoda’s systems and partner implementations.
- Design and evolve partner qualification and certification programs.
- Own partner-facing developer experience, including documentation, reference implementations, and integration, testing, and deployment tools.
- Lead partner discovery, product packaging, prioritization, roadmap planning, requirements writing, and cross-functional reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping a platform, API, or integration product for physical hardware systems.
- Fluency across hardware and software, including kinematics, sensors, real-time constraints, communication buses, and API design.
- Experience managing design partners or OEM partnerships involving deep technical relationships.
- Strong customer-facing business judgment and the ability to translate customer needs into product and packaging decisions.
- Experience defining ownership boundaries between internal systems and partner implementations.
- Excellent writing skills for product requirements, structured reviews, and technical documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with embodied AI, robot foundation models, or humanoid robotics.
- Experience designing certification, qualification, or “works with” programs.
- Experience with systems integrators or industrial automation ecosystems.
- Experience as an early or founding product manager at a technology startup.
