What you will do

• Own and drive the product roadmap across developer experience, platform abstractions, and applied research.
• Study developer and customer usage, run case studies and application deep dives, and convert findings into product, system, and model improvements.
• Drive execution across research, applied engineering, and platform teams by setting goals, milestones, success metrics, and accountability.
• Translate product and user signals into research priorities and help shape how world models are productized.
• Identify product and system improvements that can unlock significant developer success.

Requirements

• Experience owning and shipping technically complex products end-to-end with accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to operate across research, engineering, and real users.
• Strong program management skills and the ability to drive clarity, momentum, and delivery.
• Sharp product judgment, strong opinions, and confidence defending decisions.
• Ability to reason from ambiguous signals to clear decisions and priorities.
• Passion for frontier research and emerging domains such as world models.
