TL;DR
Logistics Analyst II, Mobility (Fleet Operations): Managing end-to-end fleet dispatch, raw-material transportation, printer-component deliveries, and vehicle lifecycle operations for construction 3D-printing projects with an accent on DOT compliance, telematics, route optimization, and delivery reliability. Focus on coordinating time-sensitive refill-truck and tanker logistics, maintaining fleet uptime, and building KPI visibility across customer jobsites and internal operations.
Location: Onsite at 's Austin, Texas campus, United States; nationwide project-site travel coordination is part of the role.

What you will do
- Dispatch refill trucks, flex trucks, and bulk tankers to customer jobsites, refill stations, batch plants, and mobile batch plants.
- Coordinate material discharge and recharge workflows to keep active print operations running without crew idle time or site congestion.
- Plan routes and schedules for raw materials, printer components, reinforcement materials, and other project supplies.
- Track deliveries in real time, provide updates to customer project teams, and resolve delays, damage, and routing conflicts.
- Manage fleet maintenance, vehicle lifecycle operations, fuel and parts inventory, telematics, and fleet performance reporting.
- Maintain shipment, asset, dispatch, and compliance records while partnering with carriers, vendors, Finance, Operations, and field teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, fleet management, transportation planning, or dispatch coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
- Experience managing fleet maintenance programs, vehicle lifecycle operations, time-sensitive deliveries, and logistics costs.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, including driver qualification files, CDL medical certificates, HOS logs, vehicle inspections, and DVIR compliance.
- Experience with fleet management or telematics platforms and ERP or logistics tracking systems; strong data analysis, dashboard, and KPI reporting skills.
- Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with willingness to work flexible or extended hours when needed.
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale construction sites, warehousing, industrial projects, 3PL coordination, or bulk material transport.
- Understanding of USDOT, TXDOT, and TXDMV regulations.
- Ability to assess basic vehicle mechanical issues and coordinate field repairs.
- Experience with construction bills of material handover workflows and jobsite delivery logistics.
