Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid work

Salary: $30–$40 per hour base salary plus performance bonus

What you will do

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for junior-level roles through proactive sourcing.
• Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and keep ATS records accurate.
• Coordinate assessments and hiring logistics.
• Prepare weekly pipeline status updates and support market mapping.
• Assist with sourcing experiments, employer branding, and recruitment operations initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong learning agility and adaptability, with the ability to learn tools and processes quickly.
• High attention to detail and reliability in coordination and data management.
• Clear, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Curiosity and initiative to test sourcing approaches and improve workflow efficiency.
• Availability for full-time work or at least three days per week for a minimum of three months.
