Sales Representative (AI)

Location: San Francisco, on-site

Salary: $250K–$300K annually

What you will do

• Convert inbound demand into hirify.global customers.
• Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and improve sales processes.
• Execute proactive outbound sales strategies.
• Share prospect insights with the product development process.
• Help shape scalable approaches for serving customers as the sales organization grows.

Requirements

• Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage a large number of deals while staying highly organized.
• Respond well to coaching and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.
• Show resourcefulness and a bias toward taking action.
• Work on-site in San Francisco.
