Enterprise Account Executive (AI)

Location: New York Office; on-site

Compensation: On-target earnings of $200,000–$400,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Design and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies to build pipeline and maintain deal momentum.
• Lead discovery and educate prospects on AI-driven operations.
• Navigate complex enterprise environments and align multiple stakeholders around the solution.
• Run workshops and sessions with DAX companies and global brands.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership while owning the full sales cycle and revenue target.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software sales.
• Proven track record of closing large ACV enterprise deals.
• Ability to own deals end-to-end with speed and precision.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-value-oriented approach.
• Ability to build trust with senior and C-level stakeholders through consultative influence.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and learning AI-driven transformation concepts.
