Head of Strategy & Operations

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into operating plans, measurable initiatives, and cross-functional execution.
• Design and run planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, forecast reviews, and executive forums.
• Build scalable operating systems across finance, legal, compliance, hiring, and operations.
• Oversee company-wide planning, forecasting, performance management, metrics, dashboards, and decision-making insights.
• Prepare board and investor materials and support fundraising, data rooms, investor narratives, and diligence management.
• Automate operational outcomes and remove bottlenecks through systems and AI agents.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product.
• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from idea to completion.
• Experience building or scaling finance, legal, and compliance operations in a high-growth startup.
• Experience designing and running operating cadences, planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to engage credibly with engineers.
• Experience supporting or leading fundraising end-to-end, including data rooms, decks, investor narratives, and diligence.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with automation tooling and AI agents.
• Experience designing systems for 100x scale and constructively challenging leadership assumptions in high-stakes settings.
