What you will do

• Lead and grow teams across a collection of community pubs.
• Build partnerships with support teams to ensure pubs receive strong operational assistance and expertise.

• Maintain safe, legal, and clean pub operations while resolving issues promptly.
• Set and achieve goals using balanced scorecards and key performance indicators.
