General Manager - Live In (Hospitality)

Location: William Camden, Bexleyheath, Kent, United Kingdom; live-in role at the venue

Salary: £52,000–£56,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.
• Lead the venue team and deliver strong customer experiences, including busy match-day and late-night service.
• Recruit, develop, and support team members.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure customer and team safety.
• Run the pub with high operational standards and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous success at General Manager level is desirable, ideally in hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, people, and customer service skills.
• Business awareness and experience with P&L control.
• High standards and attention to detail in day-to-day venue operations.
• Existing personal licence or willingness to acquire one is required.
• Ability to work at the Bexleyheath pub venue.
