General Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Brig O'Don, 739 King Street, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, United Kingdom; onsite

Salary: £38,000–£42,000 per year plus bonus

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the pub and set a strong example for the team.
• Work with the business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
• Recruit, develop, and support the team so staff can deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Bring brand standards to life while maintaining customer and team safety.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Strong standards and attention to detail across pub operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Business awareness and experience with P&L control.
• Previous General Manager success is desirable, ideally in hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain or already hold a personal licence.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
