General Manager - UK, Ireland and France (Breast & Skeletal Health)

Location: United Kingdom; travel approximately 50–60% across the UK, Ireland, and France.

Salary: €120,000–€175,000 gross annual base salary plus commission; OTE €180,000–€262,000 based on target performance.

What you will do

• Lead overall business performance, revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the UK, Ireland, and France.
• Define and execute growth strategies for the Breast & Skeletal Health portfolio.
• Build partnerships with healthcare leaders, clinicians, procurement organisations, and key opinion leaders.
• Lead capital equipment sales opportunities, strategic tenders, and long-term healthcare partnerships.
• Drive commercial excellence through forecasting, pipeline management, and execution discipline.
• Lead transformation initiatives and develop a high-performing leadership team across commercial, service, and support functions.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare technology, or a related sector.
• Proven responsibility for a substantial P&L and delivery of sustainable commercial growth.
• Experience leading complex capital equipment businesses and recurring revenue through service, software, and customer partnerships.
• Deep understanding of UK healthcare systems, including the NHS, procurement frameworks, Integrated Care Systems, and national screening programmes.
• Knowledge of French healthcare structures, public procurement, and healthcare decision-making pathways.
• English is required; French is strongly preferred. Approximately 50–60% travel across the UK, Ireland, and France is expected.

• Experience in breast imaging, diagnostics, women's health, or adjacent healthcare markets.
• Experience with AI-enabled imaging solutions, workflow optimisation technologies, and service offerings.
