Human Resources Group Leader (HRBP)

Location: Remote, United States or Canada

Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 USD annually, excluding annual bonus and equity when applicable.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders across headquarters and North American operating companies to deliver strategic HR support.
• Support regional M&A activity, including HR due diligence, post-acquisition integration, change management, organizational design, and communications planning.
• Translate business priorities into workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, leadership coaching, cultural alignment, and the full talent lifecycle.
• Lead initiatives that improve inclusion, engagement, retention, and employee experience.
• Analyze HR metrics, collaborate on compensation and benefits practices, and improve scalable HR systems and governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic role.
• Experience supporting US-based organizations across multiple states; multi-entity, shared-services, or high-growth experience is preferred.
• Broad expertise in compensation, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and employment law.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, project management, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems; professional HR certification is strongly preferred.
