hirify.global is building a software platform for AI-powered autonomous systems for enterprise and government customers.

What you will do

• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders based on material requirements and demand forecasts.
• Track order confirmations, delivery schedules, open orders, and material availability.
• Resolve supplier delays, material shortages, damaged goods, invoice discrepancies, and inventory issues.
• Maintain ERP/MRP master data, including lead times, safety stocks, minimum order quantities, and purchase prices.
• Monitor inventory levels and purchasing KPIs such as OTIF performance, order cycle times, backlogs, shortages, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate suppliers, logistics, warehouse management, production, planning, and internal operations while supporting workflow and PO automation improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on operational purchasing experience in manufacturing, trading, or supply chain environments.
• Strong understanding of lead-time management, demand fluctuations, safety stocks, alternative sourcing, expediting, and shortage resolution.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, with strong attention to master data quality and order management.
• Experience with supplier communication, delivery negotiations, recovery plans, order acknowledgments, cost breakdowns, and contractual compliance.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• EU citizenship required.
