Forward Deployed Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Engage with startup and enterprise customers to identify use cases and drive long-term adoption and expansion.
• Define tailored solutions and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the platform in customer environments.
• Lead onboarding and implementation, including fine-tuning workflows, latency benchmarks, API integration, and infrastructure alignment.
• Advise customers on generative AI strategy using hirify.global infrastructure.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements and high-leverage feature requests.
• Collaborate with engineering and applied ML teams to execute the roadmap and ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in computer science, electrical/computer engineering, production development, or technical product management.
• Intimate familiarity with LLMs, fine-tuning, model inference, and agents.
• 2–5+ years of experience building products for software engineers; multiple experience levels are considered.
• Strong customer interaction skills and a deep focus on customer outcomes.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts and current AI developments to varied audiences.
• Ability to navigate complex customer and technical scenarios and develop creative solutions.

Nice to have

• Technical product management experience with extensive customer interaction.
• Interest in generative AI or developer tools.
• Early-stage startup or founding experience.
• Prior technical leadership or technical product management experience.
