Founding AI Deployment Managers

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $150K–$250K annually plus equity

hirify.global is defining a new AI category for sophisticated financial firms and their investment workflows.

What you will do

• Own customer relationships after close, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention.
• Develop deep expertise in customers’ research processes, decision-making workflows, and data environments.
• Represent customer feedback and collaborate with product and engineering to shape product direction.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Account Executives to close them.
• Support late-stage deals by ensuring smooth transitions from sales to ongoing customer engagement.
• Build playbooks that define effective customer engagement at hirify.global.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in finance, fintech, management consulting, or comparable client engagement work.
• Deep familiarity with finance workflows, including investor due diligence, financial modeling, and decision-making.
• Strong ownership, initiative, curiosity, detail orientation, and pattern-recognition skills.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to run productive QBRs and engage with CTOs and portfolio managers.
• Direct financial services experience is strongly preferred.
