What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Product Risk Management function, partnering with Product Managers to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Analyze data using SQL to track product performance, user behavior, and customer feedback to drive business strategy.
• Define and implement cross-organizational processes for product development, user research, and launch execution.
• Establish standards for documentation, testing, and release management across product teams.
• Lead risk assessments and reporting on compliance, legal, security, and third-party risks.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulators to identify and implement necessary risk mitigations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in risk management for B2B and B2C products within financial services, payments, or technology companies.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and knowledge of market, credit, operational, and compliance risk.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL.
• Proven ability to influence executives and C-level leadership within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Must be based in the United States of America.
