Senior Product Manager (Risk & Fraud)

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for fraud prevention, risk management, authentication, authorization, account security, KYC/KYB, and trusted customer experiences.
• Lead initiatives involving MFA, reCAPTCHA, OAuth2, SSO, SAML, identity integrations, role-based access control, subscriptions, entitlements, and usage limits.
• Define payment-security strategies across checkout, fraud rules, 3-D Secure, and Strong Customer Authentication.
• Analyze onboarding, login, account recovery, subscription, checkout, and post-purchase journeys to reduce friction while strengthening fraud protection.
• Lead product delivery from discovery through release and post-launch optimization, establishing measurable success criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, finance, risk operations, customer support, logistics, payment providers, identity providers, and technology partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fraud and risk, with hands-on ownership of fraud prevention for transactional, marketplace, payments, eCommerce, or other high-volume products.
• Strong knowledge of account takeover, synthetic and friendly fraud, triangulation, chargebacks, disputes, device and behavioral signals, rules engines, machine-learning models, and evidence workflows.
• Deep understanding of MFA, SSO, OAuth2, enterprise identity integrations, and role-based access control.
• Strong product management experience covering roadmap ownership, problem framing, prioritization, experimentation, and end-to-end delivery.
• Data-driven decision-making using funnels, KPIs, experimentation frameworks, ROI models, and conversion, fraud-loss, and operational-cost trade-offs.
• Ability to influence engineering, data, finance, operations, and distributed international stakeholders; PCI compliance or KYC/KYB experience is advantageous.
