Technology Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: San Francisco Headquarters; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in office

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year plus potential equity

What you will do

• Scale technical teams across Engineering, Product, and Data while delivering a transparent and efficient candidate experience.
• Build and execute multichannel sourcing strategies for high-quality technical candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Design technical assessments and evaluation frameworks that maintain a high hiring bar.
• Advise leadership on headcount prioritization, equity dynamics, compensation, and closing strategies.
• Promote the company mission through outbound campaigns, technical content, and community engagement.
• Lead end-to-end offer strategies with Talent Acquisition and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across engineering, product, and data.
• Experience sourcing and closing senior technical talent, including Lead, Manager, and Director-level candidates, specifically in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts, technology stacks, architectures, and product development cycles.
• Experience managing 4–6 or more active technical requisitions simultaneously.
• Metrics-driven approach with strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and process management skills.
• Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.
