Account Executive, Health Plans

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 USD base annually, plus potential discretionary annual variable incentive and sales incentives.

What you will do

• Manage prospective and existing payer accounts and develop sales strategies, forecasts, and account plans.
• Act as the primary liaison between hirify.global and customers, building relationships across organizational levels.
• Present product features and benefits, displace competitors, and develop new sales opportunities.
• Support problem-account resolution and communicate progress to customers.
• Coordinate internal resources to achieve sales objectives and provide customer feedback to product and support teams.
• Represent hirify.global at sales conferences and promote its products and services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience selling software solutions into the payer vertical.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achievement.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools and critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, with the ability to implement AI-augmented workflows.
