Compensation: $190,000 - $250,000 (Total Comp)

What you will do
- Own the process to retain and upsell large employer clients (1,000 - 5,000 lives).
- Act as a trusted strategic partner on plan design, bending cost trends and driving plan performance.
- Establish and manage critical strategic broker and client relationships.
- Monitor overall client health and execute strategic plans to proactively address key account risks.
- Collaborate with product, data, and technology teams to deliver customized reports demonstrating Garner's value and ROI.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercially-oriented account management or sales within the employee benefits space.
- Deep knowledge of health plan design and benefits strategy for Enterprise employer clients.
- Proven track record of achieving retention and upsell targets year over year.
- Experience and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be comfortable with remote work and travel to New York City HQ.
