Member of Technical Staff (MTS) – Senior Core Full-Stack / Backend (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize core services, high-load web architectures, and transaction flows.
• Build production-grade AI agent loops with validation guardrails and caching mechanisms.
• Develop reliable software around non-deterministic AI outputs.
• Diagnose and resolve backend bottlenecks, database deadlocks, and high-concurrency latency spikes.
• Work with modern, highly optimized web engineering frameworks and scalable data systems.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of intensive full-stack or backend engineering experience.
• Experience working in high-velocity technology startups and ambiguous execution environments.
• Strong understanding of scalable software design, memory management, concurrency primitives, and asynchronous task processing.
• Experience with Go or an equivalent high-performance backend technology.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, Redis caching or queuing systems, and web protocols under load.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore, India.
