hirify.global builds a customer feedback intelligence platform using natural language processing, serverless computing, analytics, and open-source systems.

What you will do

• Build and scale core backend and infrastructure systems supporting customer feedback intelligence, from data ingestion to real-time analytics.
• Develop and harden ML/NLP pipelines, model-serving systems, and production data flows.
• Own decisions around data models, event flows, service boundaries, correctness, and data integrity.
• Improve observability, reliability, operational health, and cost efficiency across production systems.
• Work with Product, Design, and the founding team to translate ambiguous problems into infrastructure and product improvements.
• Raise engineering standards through clean code, design reviews, mentorship, and platform-level improvements.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of software engineering experience building and shipping reliable production systems.
• At least 3 years at one organization building infrastructure from scratch and owning complex projects end to end.
• Deep expertise in infrastructure, including data pipelines, event-driven or microservices architectures, observability, reliability, and cost management.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of Golang, serverless computing, SQL/NoSQL, Elasticsearch, or GraphQL.
• Strong systems thinking, engineering judgment, mentoring ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru, India.

Nice to have

• Experience building or operating ML/NLP infrastructure, including pipelines, model-serving systems, or feature stores.
• Experience with state-of-the-art systems and open-source tools.
