Technical Services Implementation Consultant (IDV and nSaaS)

What you will do

• Own and manage networking-led integration projects for customer onboarding to the IDV platform.
• Coordinate IP allow-listing, network configuration, VPN setup, validation, and go-live readiness with customer infrastructure and security teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations across multiple customer engagements.
• Provide technical guidance for API- and SDK-based application integrations throughout development, testing, and go-live.
• Act as the customer-facing delivery lead and coordinate with Engineering, Support, Security, and Professional Services.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, subnets, firewalls, and secure connectivity.
• Experience managing networking or connectivity projects in a delivery or professional services environment.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organisation and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Effective problem-solving skills and experience managing risks, dependencies, and escalations during technical delivery.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with API- and SDK-based integrations.
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and XML.
• Experience with application-level integrations in customer onboarding or implementation projects.
