TL;DR
Project Manager, UK (Event Technology/SaaS): Owning end-to-end implementation and delivery of Grip for event-organiser clients with an accent on platform configuration, event data readiness, integrations, and live event operations. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing delivery risks and scope, and ensuring client events launch on time and to a high standard.
Location: Remote, United Kingdom. Significant travel is required, including onsite attendance at client events multiple times per quarter throughout North America and internationally.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for assigned client events, from post-sale handover and kickoff through go-live, onsite delivery, and post-event closeout.
- Create and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, timelines, and client-facing status updates.
- Lead client implementation, platform configuration, event setup, data readiness, attendee engagement, matchmaking, content, and activation activities.
- Coordinate Customer Success, Solutions/Integrations, Product, Support, Engineering, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Manage scope, change requests, delivery risks, quality checks, readiness reviews, project metrics, and post-event learnings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation, event operations, customer delivery, or client services.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including leading meetings, setting expectations, challenging unclear requirements, and handling difficult conversations.
- Comfort working with event data, registration platform configuration, imports, testing, native integrations, and technical teams.
- Availability for significant onsite travel to client events multiple times per quarter, throughout North America and internationally.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing or supporting event technology, SaaS platforms, registration systems, event apps, networking solutions, or related digital-event products.
- Experience with ETL processes, APIs, CRM systems, or third-party integrations.
