What you will do

• Define, implement, and deliver complex customer projects involving cross-functional teams and project interdependencies.
• Coordinate meetings, delivery resources, work breakdown structures, project plans, critical paths, milestones, and customer or partner dependencies.
• Track project scope, budgets, schedules, timesheets, expenses, billable work, work orders, and change requests.
• Produce status reports, dashboards, governance documentation, and budget-versus-actuals reporting.
• Facilitate communication between customers, technical teams, partners, managers, and internal delivery teams.
• Provide functional consultancy support for requirements definition, application design, configuration, issue triage, and testing when needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of technical project or program management experience.
• Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial relevant work experience.
• Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, or APM.
• Knowledge of ERP processes and experience implementing ERP systems.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, development lifecycles, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, interpersonal, and stakeholder communication skills.
