Project Manager (Embedded Computing)

What you will do

• Lead complex customer and internal engineering projects from opportunity assessment and bid support through development, verification, validation, and delivery.
• Align project outcomes with business objectives, customer requirements, commercial targets, and long-term growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and report project schedules in Microsoft Project, managing milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and resource requirements.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, financial performance, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory obligations, internal processes, quality standards, and the stage-gate review process; mentor less experienced Project Managers.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering projects from conception through delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software.
• Understanding of engineering project management across electronics, software, or systems.
• Experience with cost and risk management, customer management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• BEng, MEng, MSc, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline.
