Service Delivery Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid role based in Swansea, UK; travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the mobilisation, delivery, and close-down of hirify.global EMEA training programmes, academies, pilots, and customer-specific projects.
• Act as the client-facing delivery owner, coordinating clients, learners, instructors, partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain programme plans, milestones, action logs, risks, issues, dependencies, decision logs, and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate instructors, scheduling, licences, materials, webcasts, venues, logistics, and external support.
• Monitor programme spending, resource requirements, operational constraints, and delivery outcomes.
• Improve delivery processes through reporting, post-programme reviews, lessons learned, and impact reporting.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience working on both small and large-scale projects or programmes.
• Strong experience in risk and issue management, planning, prioritisation, and deadline-driven delivery.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, partners, colleagues, instructors, and other stakeholders while managing individual responsibilities.
• Good MS Office skills and the ability to adapt plans to changing programme requirements.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience; willingness to travel as required.

• Experience in monitoring, evaluation, impact, and learning.
• Experience working across countries, regions, cultures, or time zones.
• Experience in education, training, skills development, or similar programmes.
• Background or interest in cybersecurity.
• Project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
