Service Delivery Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Swansea, UK; travel is required as needed for the role.

What you will do

• Support the scoping, design, development, and launch of cybersecurity projects, programmes, academies, and pilots.
• Develop and manage full-lifecycle project plans, documentation, information systems, schedules, resources, and version control.
• Coordinate licences, courses, collateral, webcasts, communications, partners, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Track budgets, risks, issues, KPIs, deadlines, quality, and delivery progress across multiple concurrent projects.
• Produce regular dashboards, reports, case studies, and statistics demonstrating programme impact and implementation.
• Manage external event staff and support wider industry engagement activities when required.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience working on both small- and large-scale projects or programmes.
• Strong experience in risk and issue management within a project or programme environment.
• Experience organising and prioritising multiple activities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, presentation, planning, negotiation, conflict management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good MS Office skills and the ability to adapt plans and priorities in a changing environment.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience; willingness to travel as required.

• Background or interest in cybersecurity.
