Quantum Process Integration Lead (Front end of line)

What you will do

• Plan and lead front-end fabrication technology development for quantum processors.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of Josephson junctions, metallization, through-silicon vias, and other device components.
• Develop and coordinate integration test plans with cross-functional teams.
• Define and formalise chip development processes across the organisation.
• Establish scalable, documented integration procedures and investigate technical anomalies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in chip development within deep-tech or low-volume technology.
• Hands-on experience with process-flow development, including electron beam lithography, metal and dielectric deposition and patterning.
• Experience with process control monitoring structures.
• Background in quantum physics, microwave/RF engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Delft, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience in quantum computing or superconducting qubits.
• PhD in a relevant field.
