TL;DR
Sequence Engineer (Manufacturing): Designing, integrating, and testing manufacturing sequences, bills of materials, and bills of process for lithography machine modules with an accent on configuration management, manufacturing process flow, and production planning. Focus on managing BOMs and BOPs in Teamcenter, optimizing manufacturing routings, supporting new product introduction, and applying Lean manufacturing principles.

Location: Wilton, Connecticut, United States; onsite role within office and factory environments

What you will do

  • Specify, design, develop, integrate, and test modules and tools for lithography products.
  • Work with the Change Control Board, Design and Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers to develop bills of material, sequences, and routings.
  • Create and manage bills of materials and bills of process in Teamcenter.
  • Review manufacturing procedures, data collection, automated torque tooling, and specifications.
  • Define and deliver training programs for new sequence engineering processes.
  • Maintain labor and cycle-time targets and support new manufacturing process flows during new product introduction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, with 0–2+ years of experience, or an equivalent working and thinking level.
  • Knowledge of sequence engineering tasks and basic sub-module and module concepts.
  • Experience creating and managing Bills of Materials in an engineering or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations before starting work.
  • Must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment and handle potential exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage, and electrical currents.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and perform the required physical activities, including occasional lifting.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planner and SAP.
  • Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
