TL;DR
IT Administrator (AI): Managing network and systems infrastructure, identity and access management, cybersecurity tooling, and compliance across multiple German offices with an accent on defense-related security, export controls, and VS-NfD requirements. Focus on maintaining secure multi-site infrastructure, administering IAM and cybersecurity platforms, and driving certifications and compliance controls for regulated customers.
Location: Munich, Germany; travel predominantly within Germany is required. German citizenship is required.

is building a software platform for AI-powered autonomous systems for enterprise and government customers.
What you will do
- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless networks, across German offices.
- Manage cloud platforms, licenses, Linux and macOS endpoints, and multi-site infrastructure projects.
- Administer IAM processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, SSO, and access reviews.
- Operate cybersecurity tooling covering endpoint protection, vulnerability management, SIEM, and phishing simulations.
- Maintain VS-NfD networks and documentation in line with classified information handling requirements.
- Drive IT certifications, security controls, export compliance, and defense-related requirements while serving as a senior escalation point.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure.
- Degree in IT, computer science, systems administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, SSO management, and IAM systems; Google Workspace IdP experience is preferred.
- Understanding of endpoint security, threat detection, security auditing, and mixed Linux/macOS environments.
- Professional working proficiency in German and English is required.
- German citizenship is required. Willingness to travel within Germany and customer-facing experience are also required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience administering Ubiquiti UniFi in multi-site deployments.
- Experience with export control and defense compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
- Certifications from CompTIA, ITIL, or ISC2.
