Senior IT Administrator

Location: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany, with approximately two office days per week

What you will do

• Administer, configure, and maintain Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, and other SaaS tools.
• Design and maintain IAM, SSO, MFA, endpoint security, and compliance controls.
• Automate SaaS workflows and support processes using APIs and orchestration platforms such as Zapier.
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning and hardware deployment.
• Manage software and hardware vendors, procurement, contracts, and IT asset inventory.
• Define the hardware strategy, coordinate logistics, and manage company equipment throughout its lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in IT administration within a SaaS-heavy environment.
• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace.
• Confident knowledge of IAM, SSO, MFA, and identity access management best practices.
• Professional experience managing macOS devices and endpoint security.
• Experience owning secure onboarding and offboarding processes, vendor management, and IT asset management.
• Must be based in Hamburg, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 security and compliance frameworks.
• Automation or scripting experience, including API-based workflows.
• Experience administering HubSpot or ClickUp.
• Familiarity with remote-first hardware logistics and device provisioning.
• Experience building, scaling, or improving an IT function from the ground up.
