IT Administrator (SaaS)

What you will do

• Administer and configure critical SaaS tools including Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp.
• Manage macOS endpoints using Mosyle MDM and oversee the BYOD program.
• Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Handle procurement, deployment, and detailed inventory tracking of all IT assets.
• Develop and maintain internal IT guides, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
• Familiarity with common SaaS tools (Slack, ClickUp) and hardware asset management.
• Experience working in SaaS-only, remote-first environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
