What you will do

• Support reviews of architectural standards, reference designs, project scopes, and code and customer requirements.
• Participate in design quality control reviews, conceptual design decisions, internal approval materials, and site evaluations.
• Contribute to expansion, renovation, and upgrades of existing data center facilities.
• Support technical investigations, project readiness validation, and troubleshooting of building performance issues under senior guidance.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams and review customer-driven deviations from standard designs.
• Evaluate sustainable practices and new design and construction technologies, including AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture, such as B.Arch or M.Arch, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of design or project management experience.
• Basic understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP building systems.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction project scopes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar project management software.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
• Interest in pursuing architecture licensure.
