Infrastructure & Capital Projects – CSA Project Engineer – Data Centers, ANS

Location: Sandersville, Georgia / Atlanta, Georgia; onsite at client sites

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Support civil, structural, and architectural scopes across data center projects from design through construction and closeout.
• Coordinate sitework, structural systems, building envelopes, architectural finishes, and interfaces with other disciplines.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and design changes for compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
• Monitor construction progress, schedules, risks, quality requirements, inspections, and field execution.
• Maintain QA/QC records, issue logs, punch lists, as-built documentation, turnover packages, and closeout documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of CSA engineering, design coordination, or construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural construction systems and sequencing.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs.
• Strong problem-solving, field coordination, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, quality requirements, and construction safety standards.

Nice to have

• Data center or other mission-critical project experience.
• Experience with foundations, concrete, structural steel, building envelopes, roofing, interiors, and site/civil work.
• Experience with construction inspections, QA/QC, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Knowledge of IBC, ACI, AISC, ASTM, or similar industry standards.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, BIM coordination tools, or similar platforms.
