Lawyer

Location: London HQ, United Kingdom. The role is based from the London office. The Work from Anywhere policy allows working outside the country of employment for up to two months during a rolling 12-month period.

What you will do

• Support the General Counsel and Legal team on legal matters across the fast-growing international business.
• Act as a legal lead for EMEA matters while contributing to global and central legal initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate software licences, reseller agreements, professional services and outsourcing contracts, hosting arrangements, and collaboration agreements.
• Provide commercially grounded advice on strategic risks, mitigation strategies, compliance, and reputational issues, including anti-bribery and corruption.
• Support company secretarial, corporate governance, corporate compliance, and data privacy activities.
• Work with stakeholders, customers, business leaders, and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience in-house or in private practice.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to communicate legal risks and pragmatic mitigation strategies clearly.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts in an international context.
• Experience supporting third-party engagements and partnerships with business-focused legal advice.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and navigating different legal frameworks and cultural environments.
• Excellent attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced business.
